Across two floors of The Ministry, we’re bringing together movement, breathwork, cold therapy, purpose-led workshops, founder conversations and direct access to leading health brands. From music-fuelled workouts to guided ice baths on the terrace, transformative breathwork sessions, Pilates, recovery tech and a vibrant brands market hall – this is a deep reboot for body & mind.

Mid-Month Members Mixer At Solaya

  • Date: Wednesday, 11th february
  • Hours: 6:30pm - 10:00pm
  • Location: Solaya, 25th Floor, 1-3 Rivington St, London EC2A 3DT

Our mid-month mixer returns every second Wednesday of the month. A relaxed way to meet new people and connect with the Knightox community. Open to all members and their guests. Our first mixer of the year begins at Solaya. Join us for welcome drinks and canapés as we ease into the year, meet new faces, and reconnect.
