How Often Are Your Experiences?
We are continually adding to the calendar throughout the year, so expect experiences booked far in advance to late additions within the week. However, you should expect:
– 15-18 Knightox events
– 15-18 Partner events
– 0-2 Knightox Escapes
– 1-2 Partners Trips
– 0-1 Into An Era Events
Additionally, you also have access to our hospitality partner for major events including: Six Nations Rugby, Wimbledon, Royal Henley Regatta, Royal Ascott and much more.
Where can I find the dress code?
Dress code details will all be available under the description of the large themed events. For the small events (talks, mixers etc.) ‘smart casual’ is acceptable unless noted in the event details due to any strict venue dress code policies.
Are events accessible to non-members?
Some events allow non-members to attend at a higher ticket price or via a member invite. Others may be restricted to paid Knightox members only.
Can I bring guests?
Yes, most events allow guest RSVPS or tickets. Some may have non-member pricing or be “members only.”
What if I arrive late?
Some events allow a short grace period. Entry is not guaranteed after the scheduled start time, particularly for seated or partner-hosted events.
Can I change guest details to an event?
Yes, please email [email protected] with the original guest details and the updated details.
Can I use photography/videography at the events?
Of course! These are moments to be captured. However, we also hope you make the most of the ‘offline’ experience and connect with others.
If I can not attend an event purchased, can I get a refund?
Any requests 14-days before the event date will be refunded. Please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll sort this out for you. Please be aware of this if booking into an event last minute.
As a Knightox Member, can I host a small event?
If you would like to talk about a product / service / book launch or an area of interest that you specialise in, we will happily help in providing you with the space and organising the event for Knightox members. Please reach out to [email protected] with what you have in mind.
How do I use an offer in the offers section?
Executing the offer will vary depending on the arrangement with the brand. Details on how to fulfill this will be in the description below the offer.
If I have a service / product, can I provide an offer?
We love to help members provide offers for others in our community, reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I switch between Experience and Unlock?
Yes – you can switch anytime. Prorated billing applies. No joining fee is charged.
Can I apply to Knightox if I am not living in London or the U.K?
Yes you can apply for membership.
Can I cancel my membership?
Your membership is fixed for the first 3 months, then it becomes a rolling membership. You can cancel anytime, but you will be billed for the remaining month/year based on your payment plan.
If I cancel, can I rejoin Knightox?
Yes, you can also downgrade to freemium. However, please note the joining fee will still take effect upon re-entry to a paid membership.
